Codes Only: Myspace Ron Paul Layout Code Only (Just copy and paste.)

The Download includes: The text file labeled “instructions” has the code you want to put in your “About Me” section in myspace, and all the files are currently linked up to my site, however I included them all in the zip file also, along with the PSD’s so you can see how the art works to modify the files to anyway you would like. If you need any help, please post it in the comments section or email me at Admin@smdesignworks.com and I should be able to help you out.

Update: This theme is fixed as of 10/13/07, previously there was an error in Firefox which caused the text to be smashed together because of a myspace line-height issue. If you downloaded the layout before then, please recopy and paste the layout code into the “About Me” section of your myspace.

This theme is based off Mike Davidson’s - Hacking A More Tasteful Myspace tutorial. If you want to create your own from scratch, I suggest you visit this site, he has one of the best aligned and tasteful looking myspaces I have seen and offers notes so you easily navigate myspaces funky CSS system they have going on.

CSS Glance - New CSS Gallery

September 23, 2007 | CSS, Web Design | No comments

CSS Glance is a new Italian CSS gallery, however they showcase sites from all over the world. Just another good reference to draw inspiration off of when designing new sites.

I would still have to say that CSS Remix  is the heavyweight as far as showcase galleries go. More and more CSS sites are popping up all over the place. I personally love them, but don’t feel my site is anywhere near being close enough to being on one of these showcase sites. I haven’t quite figured out where I want to go with my site yet, I am torn between just converting my whole site to Wordpress, or making my own CMS which is what I am working on now for practice.

Also remember, if you have a site developed and it has outstanding tableless CSS and a amazing design, you can get your site listed on like 30 of the CSS galleries out there and take advantage of getting a bunch of links to your sites through this way. So it may pay off paying a little more to have your site developed by an amazing designer, I say designer because there are quite a few CSS coders who are strong (like myself) out there and we are much easier to find than the amazing designers, oh and way cheaper. :)
